Ongoing psychotherapy sessions are open-ended, in-depth therapy for support, skills and healing for issues such as: Grief, Depression, Anxiety or Postpartum Mood Disorders, Family or Intimate Relationships, self growth and discovery. These sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly and are paid by session.
The Transitions Package is 6 or 12 weekly in person or online therapy sessions. These sessions are goal focused. These are very useful for support and skills building during a difficult life transition, to achieve a short term goal or to start up a change in your life.
Some uses for this type of support are: Postpartum adjustment, adjustment to pregnancy, adjustment to parenthood, job change/loss, move to new location, relationship changes, or any change for which you need support. These packages have a set fee that is paid up front or in installments.
